{"id":5989,"date":"2019-09-17T20:07:11","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T10:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/collaroyswim.com.au\/?page_id=5989"},"modified":"2019-09-17T20:58:58","modified_gmt":"2019-09-17T10:58:58","slug":"join-or-renew","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/collaroyswim.com.au\/?page_id=5989","title":{"rendered":"Join or Renew"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Join or Renew your membership with Collaroy Swimming Club<\/h2>\n<h3>Joining or Renewing online<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">After reading this page please click on the link below<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As part of completion of the online form you will be asked to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">tick a box<\/span> that indicates that you <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">accept the indemnities, rules and terms and conditions<\/span> of membership of the club.<\/p>\n<p>(Renewing members will be well aware of these as they were printed on our membership application form)<\/p>\n<p>By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have the authority of any partner you register and you are the parent or guardian of any children that you register.<\/p>\n<p>You agree to the following for yourself, your partner and children that you register: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>apply for membership of Collaroy Swimming Club Inc (hereafter called &#8220;CSC&#8221; for yourself, your partner and children and request the CSC record each of the Applicants as a member<\/li>\n<li>agree to comply with the Rules of CSC as contained in the Information for Members booklet.<\/li>\n<li>agree that there is an inherent and foreseeable risk of injury in undertaking swimming activities<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge that CSC, its Committee, employees, agents, members, voluntary workers and successors does not accept any responsibility for personal damage or damage to or loss of property of the applicants, as a result of my\/our engaging in the activities of CSC.<\/li>\n<li>release and indemnify CSC, its Committee, employees, agents, members, voluntary workers and successors from all liability for damages suffered or incurred by me\/ us whether personal damage or damage to property, as a result of\u00a0 my\/our engaging in the activities of CSC; and<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge that photographs and\/or names of the Applicant(s) registered as part of this online registration may appear on the CSC website or facebook page, in team lists or news items. I will contact the CSC Secretary if I do not want this to occur.<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge that if I \/we use the Online Registration for Sunday races that the names of the applicants may appear in the list. I will contact the CSC Secretary if I do not want this to occur.
